What's next?

1. Register & Deposit  -

Registration takes approximately 10 minutes. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your roster spot for your tour. This isn't an additional fee––it is subtracted from the program total.

3. Travel Prep

If you do not have a passport already, please begin that process as soon as possible. You can learn more about that process HERE.

Once you register for GLASS
, our Operations Director, Megan, will be in touch to share flight booking details and outline the pre-departure process. About five weeks prior to departure, we will also send you a pre-departure guide with a packing list, final itinerary, and emergency contact information.

Is the deposit refundable?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable.

Is the full program total due at registration?
No, the program total is split into three installments. Specific payment deadlines are outlined in registration.

  • Due at Registration - $250 Deposit

  • 3 Months Prior - 50% Remaining Balance

  • 1 Month Prior - Remaining Balance

When do I need to book my flight?
Once you register and deposit, one of our tour coordinators will be in touch to share flight booking details for your specific tour.

Can a teammate, friend, or family member join me?
Yes, a teammate is welcome to join you for GLASS. And family members are welcome to travel down to Costa Rica with you to enjoy their own vacation while you participate in the program. For more information on teammate/family travel, please email us at
