The seemingly impossible
We want to share our success!
As a team, we've all successfully fundraised for sports teams, international trips, and service projects. Combining our experiences, we compiled our best tips and tricks for fundraising:
We encourage you to set up a platform where all the funds from your fundraising efforts can be collected. This also gives you the opportunity to spread your fundraising campaign more broadly through digital avenues such as social media.
2. Write a Letter
Write a letter describing this transformative opportunity and ask for donations. Reach out to friends, relatives, coaches, professors, old teachers, coaches, etc. Interested in a draft letter? We can send you one! Connect with Naji below!
3. Odds & Ends Jobs
4. In Lieu of Gifts...
Ask for donations instead of gifts for holidays and birthdays.
Find an organization offering fundraising partnerships, such as Hershey’s, Yankee Candle, Otis Spunkmeyer, and Deanan Gourmet Popcorn.
6. Run a Sports Clinic
Organize a sports clinic for local youth. We are well experienced here and would love to help organize! We also recommend reaching out to your coach and athletic director to help promote.
Pick up some jobs around your community – babysitting, dog walking or pet sitting, tutoring, spring cleaning, yard work, snow shoveling, etc.
